You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Simply return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
For hygiene reasons, items in certain conditions cannot be returned including stains, dirt, and torn. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
