Shipping policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

We offer Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country.

UK orders are normally delivered within 5-7 working days from the dispatch date (unless stated otherwise).

International orders should allow approximately 7 working days from date of order, to dispatch. If an International order is placed on a Thursday after 4pm or anytime on a Friday, please note it will not dispatch until the following week.

PLEASE NOTE: During busy sale periods, orders may take7-9 working days to be dispatched.

All UK orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday.

All UK orders placed before 4pm Friday will be dispatched same day, but wont be delivered until the following week. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following day, or if placed after 4pm on Friday, the following week.

No orders are delivered on UK bank holidays. You must allow at least 48 hours for your order to be picked and prepared in our warehouse. On rare occasions, delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand or a national crisis. In such circumstances, we will do our best to resolve any delays and provide adequate communication.
